Later in 2017, FullMoon Magazine also released his debut album Eternalism. Although he’s in his early twenties, his style seems very mature and sophisticated. He is influenced by jazz as well as pop music and his professionally laid vocals with lyrics in English attract listeners immediately. To be able to tour with his new material, Jaro put together a band of talented young musicians of different backgrounds who are mostly based in Ostrava, Jaro’s hometown. Since the release of his solo album, he and his band are getting more and more offers to play around the Czech Republic. This year they will perform at Colours of Ostrava, one of the biggest Czech festivals.

His delectable bedroom pop is inconspicuous and he subtly injects his melancholy with delicious melodies and production trickery. The singer added: “I’m not bothered about appealing to people abroad – I’ve never really thought about it. Yet I do think that our work could also appeal to people outside the Czech Republic.”
