Pražská dvojice VR/NOBODY stojí na emotivních vokálech Václava Roučka a precizní produkci Jakuba Stracha, který si říká o pozornost coby Nobodylisten – výsledkem je v našem teritoriu docela neoposlouchaný melancholický audio minimalismus. Na svých prvních singlech If You Stay a Gone dokázali VR/NOBODY, že jsou jak po hudební, tak i po vizuální stránce schopni udržet krok i s těmi největšími novátory na scéně a zároveň nabídnout vlastní úhel pohledu. Vystoupení kapely kombinují živou produkci, vokály, DJing, looping atd. „Nechceme hrát nudné koncerty, přicházíme s bohatou audiovizuální show. Naše tvorbu potřebujete zažít všemi smysly, snažíme se nabídnout výjimečný a mimořádný zážitek.”

V listopadu 2014 se duo pustilo do nahrávání svého debutového alba. „Původně se album mělo jmenovat ‚Slashlove’, ale nechtěli jsme to slovo nechat odumřít hned s prvním albem. Pak nás napadl název ‚We Are Nobody‘, ale ani to nám nesedělo a za pár dní se zrodila konečná verze – ‚YET‘.’ Líbilo se nám, jak kombinuje jednoduchost a zároveň narážku na “We are nobody, yet.” Protože věříme, že jsme opravdu teprve na začátku.“ Album Yet vyšlo 17. května.

VR/NOBODY and their song Yet were nominated for Czeching 2015 by jury member, Marie Čtveráčková aka Mary C. VR/NOBODY became the official Czeching 2015 winner of the international jury vote.

The Prague-based duo counts on raw vocals of Vaclav Rouček and the woeful production of Nobodylisten resulting in a fresh sound full of melancholy audio minimalism. The first singles If You Stay and Gone, proved that VR/NOBODY are able to keep up with the most innovative artists in both music and visual terms, while adding a new perspective through their individual angle. The band’s performances combine live production, vocals, DJing, looping, etc. “We don’t want to perform plain concerts but a complex audiovisual show. Our creation needs to be experienced with all the senses, and that’s why we are trying to offer an exceptional and an extraordinary experience.”


In November 2014, the duo embarked on recording their debut album. ”At first, the album should've been named ‘Slashlove’, but we didn't want the word to “die” associated with the first album. So we changed our minds and decided to name it ‘We Are Nobody’, but even that didn't sound right and after a few days we came up with ‘YET.’ We loved the simplicity and the connection between the pronunciation “We are nobody, yet.” Because we believe that this is just a starting point for us.“ Yet was released on May 17.
