Z drag queen v královnu českého hyperpopu. David Daniel aka Miss Petty tvoří futuristický taneční pop, který zábavnou formou pojímá témata, jako jsou body positivity, bourání stereotypů a aktivismus v boji za práva LGBTQ+ lidí v Česku.

S hudbou Daniel začal ještě na střední škole v Bechyni, ale počáteční neúspěchy ho odradily. Po přestěhování do Prahy se zrodila Miss Petty, která se stala jednou z nejvýraznějších drag queens v Praze. V roce 2020 začala znovu zpívat a singly jako Plastics nebo Jsem tučná se staly hity alternativní scény. Miss Petty se objevila po boku Charli XCX, získala nominaci na cenu Vinyla, vystupovala v soutěži Česko Slovensko má talent a spolupracuje s hudebníky, jako jsou Aid Kid nebo Toyota Vangelis. Její třpytivý rave je součástí hyperpopové platformy Future Jiskří.

From drag queen to queen of Czech hyperpop. David Daniel aka Miss Petty dabbles in futuristic dance pop with a clear mission to destroy stereotypes, preach body positivity and LGBTQ+ activism all over the Czech Republic. Daniel began his musical journey while still in high school but gave up after an initial lack of success. Miss Petty was born after moving to Prague, quickly becoming one of the most popular drag queens in the city. Miss Petty released her first hit songs titled Plastics and Jsem tučná (I’m Chunky) in 2020 immediately grabbing the attention of Prague’s alternative scenesters. She appeared alongside Charli XCX, was nominated for the Vinyla award, made it on TV in Czech Republic’s Got Talent and is currently working with top producers like Aid Kid or Toyota Vangelis. Her glittery rave is part of the hyperpop platform Future Jiskří.
